How can I claim warranty for my product?

Warranties are covered by Sellers, not by Jumia. You can claim any warranty by presenting your product and the warranty card at an authorized service center of the Seller. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Call Center at 0700 000 990, 0711 011 011 or customercare@jumia.co.ke to be provided with the contact information of the service center of the Seller of your product.
