If I have found a security Bug/Vulnerability/Issue what should I do?

We take security very seriously at Jumia. If you're a tech guru & you have found an issue which has a real world impact, you can report it to customercare@jumia.co.ke with these details:

  1. Steps to reproduce the bug/issue.
  2. Your web browser/mobile browsers name or app and version.
  3. Screenshot/screencast (if any).
